I finally took my new Glock19 to the gun range. I really like the way it handles. I compared it to my Smith and Wesson SD9VE. I shot approximately 100 rounds through each one and my groupings were much tighter on the Glock 19 Gen 4. The trigger felt much lighter than the S&W but once I got used to it, I was on a roll! I also really like the sites on the Glock. They are really easy to line up. One thing that I did like better on the Smith & Wesson was the grip. I find the Glock grip a bit rough. Again though, only a minor detail. After shooting those 2 guns, I tried my Diamond Back DB9. Uggg.... I do have to practice with that one. I find don't care for the small size and I do realize it is a self defense gun, not a range gun. Nevertheless, I do need to practice with it more than I have been. I found I was jamming it a few times due to limp wrist. Above is a picture of me shooting the Glock19. Anyway, more to come soon....Friday, July 12, 2013
